The WWHRS Shower Tray operates like a traditional shower tray, but it incorporates a special device called heat exchanger. This innovative feature allows the shower tray to capture the heat from the outgoing grey water (waste water) as it drains from the shower.

The captured heat is then transferred to the incoming cold water supply, effectively preheating the water before it reaches the shower mixer. This preheated water supply offers several advantages. First, it reduces the demand for hot water from your boiler or water heater. Since the cold water is already partially heated, less energy is required to bring it to the desired temperature, resulting in energy savings.
